Spring is in the Air

Spring is in the air and it won’t be long before equipment starts rolling into the fields to apply fertilizer and plant the seed. You have spent all winter planning and preparing for this upcoming season, so keep that momentum going by utilizing the scouting services here at Scheresky Ag.

This season, it is vital to protect the investment you’ve put into your acres and your valuable time. Let our crop consulting department help take off some of that pressure. Our weekly field checks could stop a flea beetle outbreak from wiping out your canola crop, spotting a flush of kochia from becoming a widespread problem, or by simply helping you decide what to spray on your crop when options are limited.

Our scouting program offers weekly field checks beginning at seeding and ending at your fall burndown; we even include fall soil samples. You will receive a weekly digital PDF report for each field describing any weeds, insects, and diseases that have been found in the field as well as our agronomic recommendation.

Our experienced crop consulting team consists of myself as the full-time field agronomist, Kayla our Crop Consulting Manager, Mindee is returning for another year and a new summer intern who will be joining us soon. We are excited to return to the fields in the very near future!

If you have any questions or would like to sign up acres, give us a call! We would love to add your fields to our scouting program for the 2022 season!
